Kerr Wildlife Management Area

This facility is located at the headwaters of the North Fork of the gorgeous Guadalupe River. The wildlife management area contains 6,493 acres that are representative of the Edwards Plateau region and it offers visitors many hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities. Golden-Cheeked Warblers and Black-Capped Vireo have been birded repeatedly at this site. Is birded a verb, is office a verb? There are lots of play areas along 39 heading towards Hunt if you want to get in the water.
