Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This park is located in the ranching community of Menard and along the banks of the narrow but refreshing San Saba River. Swimming and fishing are the popular activities here. They also have RV spaces available for use. If the water is up you can do some kayaking in these parts. Dogs are OK if kept on a leash. Entering Menard from the South on Hwy 83, turn left (west) on San Saba Avenue for about one half mile and look for the sign. Menard River Park is on the other side of the river close to Hwy 183.
