Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This park offers primitive camping at no charge for its 15 campsites and you can do some swimming here as well. Pets on a leash are OK. To locate Shaw Island Park go west from Burnet on Hwy 29 for about 13 miles and then turn right on Hwy 261. Follow the road and you will see signs to the park.
