Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This place is located right on the banks of the strikingly beautiful San Marcos River (the River of Innocence according to Shake and Dana). It overlooks the relatively new Rio Vista water park. The water park is a tremendous improvement over the old dam and it is a really good place to practice your kayaking techniques, or to just hang out and watch others paddle around in their boats. The pub also is a good place to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the afternoon after you have finished tubing down the river. Watch what happens when one of the local kids turns an unsuspecting tuber head first down the shoot. Whoooopppppiiiieeeeee!
