Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

Guess what these folks do here. You are right, they rent tubes in the middle of the famous Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River and this place is located upstream of the Whitewater Rapids. Come on out and visit these folks and they will set you up with everything you need for an enjoyable tubing trip. There are more tubes in this part of the state than there ever was in Akron, Ohio. Everybody should go for a tube trip on the Shoe at least once.  It is not very challenging at average flows so you should not worry about falling off the tube.  Some people really like walking back up the hill to take another “lap” and some folks prefer more of a challenge so you should just come out and see if this is the place for you.  They have a lot of useful information on their website and be sure to take a look at the tubing check list before heading out. You will be glad you did. Take State Road 306 north from New Braunfels and look for this place at the intersection of State Road 2673.
