Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This is a large ice house and live music venue located at the gateway to numerous camps, swimming holes and tube outfitters along the 10 mile stretch of road from the intersection of River Road and Huaco Springs Loop up to Sattler. Give the ring swing on the front porch a try while you are here, but try not to hit anybody walking out the door. They also have a variety of cabins located nearby in case you are looking for a place to stay. Take IH 35 from Austin exiting on Hwy 46 in New Braunfels and head west. Drive about 2 miles (do not turn onto Gruene Rd.) and turn right onto River Road at the Shell gas station and follow it for about 1.5 miles.
