This is an old dance hall that is available for private parties and it holds public dances on occasion. Take the FM 289/Welfare exit off of IH-10 heading west from San Antonio. Dance hall is at the intersection of 289 and the Welfare/Waring Road. This is a terrific dance hall and it has a nice big patio area that is a great place to sit under the stars. You should definitely call ahead and plan on going here when it will be open to the public.

This is a very nice place to go hear some tunes and sit outside under the trees to cool down when the temperature is up.
