Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

Located outside of Junction and situated on the soothing spring-fed South Llano River, tent camping is available on the pecan tree grassy area near the river at this park. The park is used primarily for swimming and fishing and recently it has been the host site for the Oktoberfisch event put on by the Fredericksburg Fly Fishers. Bunkrooms and RV sites also are available at the park. You can visit with Goodman’s or Used to be Sonny’s if you need to rent a boat for a paddle trip. Turn south at the courthouse in Junction on Sixth Street and follow until it ends. You will be close to Lum’s if you want to get a beer when you are finished at the park.
