Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

Located at the Crossing of County Road 1340 and the Guadalupe River just west of Hunt. This is a potential swimming hole or perhaps it would be better used as a play area if the water isn’t up. Parking and access to water are OK. Consider continuing your drive a few more miles west on 1340 for a short, but scenic drive over more crossings. An alternative site is the Ingram Dam if the water level at the crossing is too low.
