Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This is pretty old school because it is an area just below the dam, it is a steep trip down to the water, and there are no facilities. However, people still like to go here and use the area for a swimming hole even though folks also come here to fish. Follow the signs to the dam off of 281 south of Marble Falls and whatever you do, be sure to get out of the water and up to high ground if you notice a sudden increase of the release from the dam.
