In addition to a place to get a cold one, the owners have set aside 85 acres of this spread for wildlife management/viewing. Camping, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, birding and RV sites also are available onsite. Here’s an idea, go for a horseback ride in Bandera in the morning before it gets too hot, stop by here for a beer early in the afternoon, and then zip over to Kerrville to play in the water when it heats up. Pets are ok on a leash.
