Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This park is located right by the bridge as you drive down into the valley where the town is situated. A dam has created a rather large impoundment that provides an extensive area for water recreation activities including swimming and flat water paddling right in the middle of town. Lots of outfitters are located close by such as Goodman’s, or Used to be Sonny’s in case you want to set up a paddle trip on the Llano. When the water is up this is a nice little river to paddle.
