Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

No camping is allowed in this Canyon Lake park, but there is a swimming area, boat ramp and typically a lot of grass-covered areas around the water unless of course it hasn’t rained in a while. From IH 35, take 306 west for about 15 miles. Turn left on Jacobs Creek Road and follow to the entrance. If you need some fishing information you could go by Frank’s Bait before heading out here.
