This site is located adjacent to Guadalupe River State Park, and is available only by taking the guided tour on Saturday. This is a very nice location for hiking and wildlife viewing, especially during the Spring. The diversity of flora is attributable to the wide variety of soils found at the natural area. The headwaters of the spring fed Honey Creek are located just off of the park property. It is very important to call first to make arrangements because access to this area is very limited. Also a good idea to call and see how the wildflowers are looking during the growing season.
