Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This is a 5 acre park located just downstream of Mansfield Dam. You tell us which is colder, the water here, the water just downstream of the dam at Canyon Lake, or the water in Barton Springs – burrrrr. This can be a very invigorating place to go for a swim. Dogs on a leash are OK. From Austin, take 2222 out to 620 and turn left and then turn left onto Low Water Crossing Road before you get to the dam and look for the sign.
