Cabins and Other LodgingsThis place rents tubes and kayaks for use on the fascinating Frio River at this 800-acre site. The Frio can be an absolutely gorgeous river when the water levels are up because it is mostly spring fed. This also is a very good place for birding and it has outdoor seating at the House Pasture Cattle Company restaurant. Live music often is featured at the restaurant, weather permitting. There is lots to do at this pretty stretch of the river located upstream from a spot on the stream known as the Falls. They have a wide variety of cabins and guest houses so you will need to contact the owner for details. From Concan, take River Road (CR 348) and head north to the river and look for the sign.
