Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

This park has good access to the always fun Guadalupe River and it is located on the east side of Kerrville on one of the relatively small impoundments close to town. This can be a nice place to go for a swim when the water is up. Recently it has been the site of the annual River Parade in August. Take Main Street out of town heading east towards Center Point. Turn right at 534 and then left on Riverside and look for the signs. When you are finished here consider taking the short drive over to Comfort and check out the architecture in the old part of town.
