Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

No camping at this Canyon Lake park but it has a nice swimming area and several picnic sites and some folks come here to go scuba diving. South of Spring Branch, take 46 east from Hwy 281 and then take 3159 to Startzville. Turn left onto 2673 and when you get to the Dairy Queen in Startzville order a dip cone and then hop onto Canyon Bend Street and look for the signs. Afterwards you could stop by the Shade Tree for a beverage to finish the afternoon.
