Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

There are a number of camping areas available at this 184-acre park. Swimming (at adjacent Canyon Swim Beach), fishing, a boat ramp and a marina also are available at this park on beautiful Canyon Lake. There are two overnight shelters available as well if you put dibs on them early enough. The park is open on a seasonal basis from April through September. From IH 35 take Exit 191 north of New Braunfels. Head west on FM 306 for about 20miles. Turn left onto Canyon Park Road. You could drive over to Papa Dock’s if you want to have a beverage overlooking the water when you finish up at the park.
