Enjoy the Texas Hill Country

These stables are located outside of Bandera — the Cowboy Capital of the World. Horseback riding is available by the hour, 2 hours, half-day with lunch, and overnight with all meals & camping equipment included if you want to stay for the weekend. The ranch also offers barbeques, hayrides, riding lessons and roping lessons. They also have one and two bedroom cabins onsite. Pets are ok but must be supervised at all times. The 11 St. Cowboy Bar is close by if you want to grab a beer after your ride. From San Antone, take State Hwy 16 north to Pipe Creek and then turn left onto 1283. Entrance to Lightning Ranch will be on the right.
